Iain Blair, President

Iain is the President and founder of Blair Financial Services, which he established in 2015. With a career in financial advising that began in 1991, Iain has dedicated himself to offering independent and comprehensive advice, leading to the development of the Integrated Solutions available at Blair Financial.


Iain holds a Bachelor of Science degree (Honours Science & Business) from the University of Waterloo and has earned numerous professional designations, including Registered Health Underwriter (RHU) in 1997, Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) in 2007, and Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) in 2014. Additionally, Iain is a Compensation Management Specialist (CMS) and a Group Benefits Associate (GBA).


Iain’s extensive knowledge of personal financial impacts and his expertise in Benefit and Group Retirement Plan design enable employers to deliver significant value and achieve positive financial outcomes for their employees. He excels at helping clients address personal financial stressors that affect their employees’ financial health and utilizes integrated benefit solutions to enhance overall compensation strategies. Clients include organizations committed to providing exceptional value through comprehensive Benefits and Group Retirement Plans.


Outside of work, Iain lives in Waterloo with his spouse, two children, a dog, and two cats. He enjoys working out, has practiced various martial arts including Krav Maga, and has a passion for movies and gaming. Iain is also deeply involved in charitable and community activities, finding personal fulfillment in making a positive impact on others’ lives.

Aaron Cyr

Aaron Cyr has been providing integrated solutions in benefits planning, business planning, personal planning, and retirement solutions since 2011. Specializing in Group Benefits and Group Retirement planning, he tailors solutions to meet the unique needs of both employers and employees.

Currently working toward his Group Benefits Associate (GBA) certification, Aaron focuses on identifying and addressing gaps in employee benefits and wellness plans. Aaron is dedicated to the highest level of support for employers and their Leadership teams. His expertise in finding solutions for complex issues and eliminating challenges sets him apart in his field. 

In his role, Aaron provides innovative solutions that increase employee engagement through physical, mental and financial wellness supports.

Outside of work, Aaron is passionate about education in nutrition’s impact on overall physical and mental health.  Originally from Alberta, Aaron moved to Ontario with his family and now resides in Kitchener, with his wife and two children.  He volunteers locally in a family support group for those impacted by severe mental health disorders. Outside of work, Aaron enjoys ball hockey, hiking, and time spent at the Great Lakes of Canada.

Sophie Moryoussef, Insurance Specialist who brings more than 29 years of experience in the insurance industry. Her studies in Actuarial sciences together with her head office experience in Marketing, distribution and concept development gives her an edge in regards to competitive positioning and technical support. Over the past decade, Sophie has worked in the advanced market, providing her clientele with creative solutions to reduce and fund client’s tax payable, provide financial security and provide insight into strategies which enhances overall client’s net worth. Her commitment to provide top-notch support and service is key to developing long lasting relationships.

Massimo Nini

Massimo Nini is a Fellow of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries (CIA) and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Actuarial Science from Concordia University. In his current role at AGA, he is the market leader for Ontario and Western Canada. Prior to joining AGA, he held leadership positions with firms operating in the employee benefits consulting and reinsurance sectors. Over the years, he has provided actuarial, retirement, and benefits consulting services to organizations of various sizes, including large pan-Canadian and international organizations. He is a member of the CIA’s Health Committee and is a licensed insurance agent in Ontario, Quebec, and other provinces across Canada.

Hannerie Kassabian

Hannerie Kassabian is an Associate of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries, a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (U.S.), and a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries (U.K.). She holds an Honours Degree in Actuarial Science from the University of Pretoria and is a licensed insurance agent in Ontario.

In her current role at AGA, she leads a team of consultants and oversees Plan Sponsor Services in the Ontario region. Prior to joining AGA, she worked at a global actuarial consulting firm, providing benefits consulting services to clients across various industries, including large pan-Canadian and international organizations. Before moving to Canada in 2016, Hannerie worked at prominent health insurance companies in the United Kingdom and South Africa, where she developed expertise in data analytics, risk management, and employee wellness.
